TERMS OF SERVICE Last Updated: October 17, 2026 1. Agreement to Terms By downloading, accessing, or playing UnGambit Chaos Chess, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or play the Game. 2. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policy UnGambit is a competitive multiplayer game. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against cheating: You agree not to use chess engines (e.g., Stockfish), chess bots, external assistance tools, memory injectors, automated scripts, or client modifications during online matches. You agree not to exploit glitches, manipulate game clocks, engage in rating manipulation (win-trading / smurfing), or artificially boost rankings. Enforcement: We reserve the sole right to investigate, flag, reset ratings, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban any account found in violation of fair play rules, with no obligation to issue refunds for virtual goods. 3. Server-Authoritative Gameplay & Match State UnGambit is operated on server-authoritative logic. In case of discrepancies between what is displayed on your local screen and the game server state, the server's verified state and RNG seed are final and binding. We are not liable for match losses, rating drops, or lost progress caused by client-side internet disconnections, device battery depletion, or operating system interruptions. 4. Virtual Items & In-Game Purchases Any in-game currency, cosmetics, themes, or feature passes ("Virtual Items") are licensed to you on a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable basis. You do not own the Virtual Items. Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred outside the Game. Refunds: All purchases processed via Google Play Store are subject to Google Play's refund policies. Except where required by applicable local law, all sales are final and non-refundable. 5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS") THE GAME IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO SERVER MAINTENANCE OR PEAK TRAFFIC. 6. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS OF UNGAMBIT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DEVICE DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE GAME. 7. Changes to the Game & Terms We reserve the right to modify game balances (including Chaos tile mechanics, abilities, and rule cadences), suspend servers for maintenance, or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. 8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. 9.
